**Global Data Service Owner for PA Divisions**:

**Your responsibilities**:

- Recruit and develop people who work on delivering services in your portfolio.
- Ensure your team satisfaction, as well as your customers satisfaction from your services.
- Define and share services portfolio vision and lead to deliver it.
- Develop your skills and competencies to follow the data market trends and deliver innovation to your services portfolio.
- Help your product owners and teams to deliver business value.
- Update your stakeholders about services portfolio delivery and help them to minimize risks and maximize business value from your portfolio.
- Budget and manage portfolio finances according to the ABB standards.
- Partner with external suppliers and manage external services procurement to deliver your portfolio.
- Maintain working relationships with other ABB services that contribute to your data services.
- Handle communication to your stakeholders as well as manage escalations from your services.

**Your background**:

- Servant leader experience in an agile delivery. Bearing the Professional Agile Leadership Certification, or similar, would-be a plus.
- Experience in building high performing teams and innovating in building efficient working methods.
- Practicing change management. Bearing PROSCI certification, or similar, would-be a plus.
- Data and analytics experience in e.g., data warehouse development, data analysis, data management or data operations.
- Cloud data technology experience e.g., snowflake, Azure, GCP, AWS, Databricks.
- Working with Azure DevOps, or similar, would-be a plus.
- Communicating in a complex environment, managing big volume of stakeholders, and managing escalations.
- International experience in IS/IT services delivery in a global company, ITIL, would be a plus.
- Developing others. Mentoring and coaching others.
- Demonstrating resilience, self-control, and the capacity to effectively manage stress and pressure.
