Division President

**Your responsibilities**:

- Strategy - Define the communication priorities to support the business strategy globally. Develop and drive the implementation of a coherent and consistent, integrated communication plan and brand positioning in-line with the ABB communications guidelines and policies.
- Communication plans - Develop, recommend and execute targeted communications plans and messages including customer and partner communications, editorial, content, employee engagement and internal communications - with the objective of engaging and inspiring key stakeholders including customers, management, employees, trade media and interest groups. Manage special communications projects and crisis communications for the division. Keep target audience at the center of the communications plan to make the message as relevant as possible for each audience.
- Executional excellence - Ensure executional excellence throughout the area of accountability for all communications measures in line with the Motion communications strategy, brand positioning and corporate identity/corporate design guidelines. Drive continuous improvement.
- Management support - Serve as a communications business partner to the division management team to ensure quick recognition of timely key communications opportunities and clear response to same. Support the division president and other key management with personal communications materials including presentations, speeches, articles.
- Budget - Own budget for division communications program. Research and recommend communications programs and partners to maximize the impact and cost efficiency.
- People leadership and development - Ensure that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed. Manage, guide, motivate, challenges, and develop direct/indirect subordinates.

**Your background**:

- Minimum 8 years of experience in communications and/or marketing communications within corporate global environment
- Excellent writing and presentation skills
- Excellent team leader and people manager skills
- Experience in leading remote teams
- Passionate about customer and partner management
- Business driven and structured mindset
- Willingness to change and drive change and excellent collaboration skills
