Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Regional Sales und Account Manager für unsere 6 Hotels in Zürich mit den folgenden Marken: Novotel, ibis & ibis Budget. In dieser Funktion sind Sie verantwortlich für die Generierung von Einnahmen für das Hotel durch die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Verkaufsstrategien zur Steigerung der Zimmerbelegung und des Umsatzes im Corporate-, Leisure
- und MICE-Segment.

Außerdem sind Sie für die Verwaltung von Key Accounts und die Pflege der Beziehungen zu bestehenden Kunden zuständig, um Wiederholungsaufträge zu gewährleisten.
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Verkaufsstrategien zur Erreichung der Finanzbudgetziele für die Segmente Corporate, Leisure und MICE.
- Identifizierung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und Entwicklung einer Pipeline potenzieller Kunden zur Steigerung der Einnahmen.
- Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zu Key Accounts, um Folgeaufträge zu sichern.
- Durchführung von Marktforschung, um über Branchentrends und Wettbewerb auf dem Laufenden zu bleiben.
- Erstellung von Verkaufsberichten und regelmäßige Unterrichtung der Geschäftsleitung.
- Teilnahme an Branchenveranstaltungen und Fachmessen, um für das Hotel zu werben und neue Kunden zu gewinnen.
- Koordinierung mit anderen Abteilungen des Hotels, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf von Veranstaltungen und einen hervorragenden Kundenservice zu gewährleisten.
- Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Revenue Management Team zusammen, um Preisstrategien zur Maximierung der Einnahmen zu entwickeln.
- Sie bieten einen hervorragenden Kundenservice und beantworten Kundenanfragen zeitnah.
- Führung & Planung der Event Teams
- Bachelor-Abschluss in Hotelwesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem verwandten Bereich.
- 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung im Hotelverkauf, vorzugsweise in einer regionalen oder nationalen Funktion.
- Nachgewiesene Erfolge bei der Erreichung von Verkaufszielen und der Entwicklung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten.
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations-, Verhandlungs
- und soziale Fähigkeiten.
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, Markttrends und Daten zu analysieren.
- Fähigkeit, in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld selbstständig und im Team zu arbeiten.
- Fließende Beherrschung der englischen und deutschen Sprache ist erforderlich, andere Sprachen wie Französisch, Italienisch und Spanisch sind von Vorteil.
- Flexibilität für Reisen innerhalb der Schweiz und gelegentlich ins Ausland.
