**Role**:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to work closely with our CEO and commercial team and cultivate strong relationships within our global client base. If you are excited to work with people, as well as technology, eager to see how robotics and AI is deployed at scale and ready for a ride, you should apply.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute on sales strategies and client engagement.
- Craft compelling proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Demonstrate Ascento's robotic solutions through interactive demos.
- Offer insights from the field to inform product development and on globalization strategies.
**Requirements**:
- Customer-facing experience such as consulting, project management, sales, or similar.
- Caring and curious - ready to learn anything to make a great job
- Empathy, strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to foster relationships and understand client needs.
- Persistent and self-organized.
- Passionate about robotics and technology-driven solutions.
- Fluent in English and German; French or any other language(s) are a plus.
