**My duties**
- Gain insights by ongoing reporting and analysis of customer churn development, and funnel performances
- Develop new marketing concepts in order to increase customer save rate rates (customer who want to leave us) across all product lines and services, within our retention team channel
- Further develop the projects in the area that are mostly the retention tools which enables saving customer by giving customized discounts and sales possibility
- Manage Customer Base prevention campaigns and activities across our biggest Private Customer Segment.

**My qualifications**
- Professional experience in marketing/business management
- Business studies (bachelor’s/master’s degree) or comparable qualification
- Dare, Drive, Deliver attitude. Challenge the status quo
- High degree of self-organization and ability to prioritize work
- Fluent in German or English. French and/or Italian are an asset
- Interest in overlooking the KPI’s with an in-house tool (performance marketing)
- High load capacity, stress tolerance and result oriented attitude. à We are a very dynamic company. Team player with "hands-on" mentality
- High analytical ability and strong assertiveness
- Motivation to make a difference and to proactively implement improvements quickly and pragmatically
