Team Assistant Chemtech Management - Full Time - Winterthur, Switzerland

Join our Chemtech Headquarter team within Chemtech division in Switzerland as Team Assistant Chemtech Management to help us take Chemtech to the next level. In this demanding and trustful position, you will interact with various global players and teams, working independently in an exciting position with a large variety of organizational and administrative tasks.

**Your main tasks and responsibilities**:

- Support of Headquarter Business Unit leaders and their teams to:

- Manage administrational and supporting tasks in daily business environment
- Prepare and support finalizing monthly reporting, attending initiative meetings and follow up of content / decisions / actions
- Manage and coordinate business travel for the teams and support internal and external visitors pre
- and during their visit
- Support, initiate and secure success of organizational tasks, planning and organizing meetings, workshops, seminars, events, etc.
- Research and prepare PowerPoint presentations and announcements with content and format according to our branding
- Support and work closely together with the Executive Assistant to President Chemtech and the Team Assistant Chemtech Management at the HQ; cover tasks during absence (vacation / sick leave, etc.)
- Other projects / tasks as assigned

**What you bring to Sulzer**:

- Commercial education, additional training to qualify for executive assistance is beneficial
- Several years of working experience in a similar function & in an international operational industry environment
- Strong command of MS Office 365, in particular Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and MS Teams
- Structured and exact way of working
- High degree of integrity and discretion in dealing with confidential matters
- An open, problem solving and motivated attitude
- A team player who supports the team and embraces ownership
- Ability to work in a changing and dynamic environment
- Fluency in English and German
