Team Assistant for Flow Equipment Management - Part Time 50% - Winterthur, Switzerland
Are you looking to take your skillset to the next level? In this exciting position you will interact with the Top Management of Flow Equipment division. You will be working with some of the brightest people in Engineering and support them in all administrative matters. If you have a passion for organizational work combined with a well-structured way of working, this is the ideal job for you. Come and join our story.
**Your main tasks and responsibilities**:
- Providing administrative support to the Management Team of the Flow Equipment division
- Taking care of the calendar management
- Organizing meetings and events
- Supporting in legal matters, collaborating with our Legal department and external authorities
- Managing the contract data base
- Tracking of key actions and deadlines
- Supporting in several projects as assigned
**To succeed in this role, you will need**:
- Basic commercial education with advanced training
- At least 5 years of working experience as assistant, ideally in a similar industry
- Strong command of MS Office, especially Excel
- Structured and exact way of working
- High degree of integrity and discretion in dealing with confidential matters
- Friendly, problem solving and motivated attitude
- Excellent communication skills in a wide array of situational settings
- Good level of English
