Full-Stack Account Executive

As a Full-Stack Account Executive, your objective is to generate net revenue for SalesPlaybook by sourcing, prospecting, closing and onboarding committed B2B entrepreneurs selling CHF 25’000-CHF 250’000 deals that are willing to invest CHF 5’000-50’000 to grow annual revenues by 100-400%. This is a hands-on startup job.

This role requires you to be hungry, coachable, persistent, numbers-driven, but also creative, likeable, persuasive and willing to walk the extra mile.

Tasks
- You will independently research, source and prospect lighthouse customers
- You will open doors & generate business in an underdeveloped market
- You will be predictably drive and close 5-figure deals with category-leading scale-ups
- You are excited about scaling up the SalesPlaybook sales team
- You contribute at least CHF 25’000 in new revenue per month yourself

**Requirements**:

- **You are based in German-Speaking Switzerland** (remote)
- You are **fluent in both German and English** in writing and speaking
- You are able to source, prospect and convert cold traffic to Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
- You are able to convert SQLs to Opportunities with great discovery & qualification
- You are able to drive, negotiate and close interested prospects to paying customers
