**Deine Herausforderung**: In dieser Assistenzfunktion unterstützt du ein Team von erfahrenen Kundenberatern bei der Betreuung unserer Kundenbeziehungen mit externen Vermögensverwaltern, Treuhändern und Rechtsanwälten in allen organisatorischen und administrativen Belangen. Das bedeutet im Einzelnen:

- Professioneller und serviceorientierter Umgang mit Kundenanfragen
- Selbständige Abwicklung des Tagesgeschäfts inkl. Mithilfe bei der Vor
- und Nachbearbeitung von Kundenterminen
- Eigenständige Entgegennahme und Abwicklung von Aufträgen (Wertschriften, Devisen, Derivate und Zahlungsverkehr) unter Einhaltung regulatorischer Vorgaben
- Pflege unserer CRM-Systeme und Überwachung offener Aufträge
- Führen von einfachen Kundengesprächen bei Abwesenheiten der Kundenberater
- Mitarbeit in der Organisation und Vorbereitung von Kundenevents
- Freude an einem dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld und Mitarbeit in Projekten zur stetigen Optimierung der Prozesse und Systeme

**Dein Profil**:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Bankausbildung
- Mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung als Assistent/in im Bankwesen, idealerweise in der Betreuung von externen Vermögensverwaltern (EAM)
- Gute Kenntnisse in der Anwendung der MS-Office Programme und des Bankensystems Avaloq von Vorteil
- Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Motivierte, zuverlässige und teamfähige Persönlichkeit mit hoher Eigeninitiative
- Hohe Kundenorientierung und Dienstleistungsbereitschaft
- Interesse am Börsengeschehen und Freude an administrativen Tätigkeiten
- Gepflegte Umgangsformen, sicheres Auftreten und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
