We are looking for talented University Graduates Kick-start your career with our Focus-Track Graduate Programme within the Intermediaries Front Risk Management.
Our Graduate Programme supports your individual journey to unleash your full potential. We offer you three rotations in different teams, on
- and off-the-job training and the opportunity to start building your own network. Each rotation is designed to provide you with in‐depth knowledge and a sound foundation to perform in your focus area and beyond. One of these rotations will be an international assignment, enabling you to work abroad for a period of months.

Programme duration: 18 months
Join the COO & Intermediaries Division and become part of our Risk Management team in Zurich. You will play an active and important part in shaping the future of our Intermediaries Business. Risk Management Intermediaries is a 1st Line of Defense function with the mission to drive and maintain the global Intermediaries risk management framework in close cooperation with the Intermediaries Business, other Risk Management units, Legal and Compliance. Your abroad rotation will be in Hong Kong, supporting APAC Front Risk Management. Your training is rounded off by one rotation in the Front directly. You will have the possibility to work as an Assistant to a Relationship Manager and get to know the Front Business before returning to the risk management function.

**YOUR CHALLENGE**:
- Support our Risk Management team in the management and control of risks by providing advice to the Intermediaries Front
- Act as the interface for all risk related topics between the Front and the 2nd and 3rd Line of Defense
- Design, maintain and enhance the Intermediaries risk management framework by e.g. conducting controls or reviewing policies and guidelines
- Conduct client risk assessments
- Provide risk input to Intermediaries business related initiatives and projects
- Interact with many stakeholders in the bank, such as Compliance, Legal, Audit, project managers and others
- As an Assistant to RM you support the RM with a variety of client-related tasks, e.g. you capture KYC information, enter client orders or clarify the background of transactions
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- Master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences, preferably in economics, law, business administration or any other related field (graduation max. 12 months ago)
- Initial practical experience in the financial industry and expertise in banking products and financial markets
- Independent, resilient, hands-on and team-oriented personality
- Entrepreneurial mindset, coupled with the willingness to take responsibility
- Very good communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in German or French and English, any further language is an asset
- Eligibility to work in Switzerland
