We are looking for talented University Graduates Kick-start your career with our Focus-Track Graduate Programme within the Private Banking Region Switzerland & EMEA for the Market Greece & Cyprus and related fields.
Our Graduate Programme supports your individual journey to unleash your full potential in Private Banking. We offer you an interesting job in the front office, on
- and off-the-job training and the opportunity to start building your own network. The programme is designed to provide you with in‐depth knowledge and a sound foundation to perform in your focus area and beyond. One rotation will be an international assignment, enabling you to work abroad for a period of four months.
Start date: 1 October 2023
Programme duration: 18 months
Join the Private Banking Region Switzerland & EMEA and become part of the Greece & Cyprus Team in Zurich. You will work with our Relationship Managers in their exciting daily work to serve our demanding clients and acquire new ones. **YOUR CHALLENGE**:
**What to work on?**
- Active member of a front team, respond to client queries, manage the service for existing clients and build relationships with clients, prospects and internal stakeholders
- Proactively assist Relationship Managers and Team Head in client interaction and all related tasks (client on-boarding, risk management, operational follow-ups etc.) and in implementation of projects and initiatives
- Customize client requests (reporting, statistics, mailings etc.)
- Deepen your knowledge about financial markets and economic data with a view to understanding how this may influence portfolios and products
- Support Relationship Managers in drafting investment proposals and in marketing activities (compile presentations, client reception, meetings, business trips, events etc.)
- Interact with clients in an independent and professional manner in all aspects of account management

**YOUR PROFILE**:
- Master's degree or bachelor’s degree with an equivalent amount of practical experience from a university or university of applied sciences in economics, banking, finance, business administration, hospitality (graduation max. 12 months ago)
- Initial practical experience in the financial industry and expertise in banking products and financial markets, internship or first practical experience in Wealth Management is a plus
- Strong analytical, conceptual skills and fast thinker
- Very good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset, coupled with the willingness to take responsibility
- Excellent situational adaptability (able to work with Relationship Managers and clients from diverse backgrounds)
- Friendly, trustworthy, and discreet personality with a high level of risk awareness
- Highly service oriented and passionate about client servicing
- Systematic, precise, and diligent working style and the ability to perform under pressure
- Fluency in German & English, other languages an advantage
- Eligible for employment authorisation in Switzerland
