We are looking for talented University Graduates Kick-start your career with our Focus-Track Graduate Programme within the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Division.

Our Graduate Programme supports your individual journey to unleash your full potential. We offer you three rotations in different teams, on
- and off-the-job training and the opportunity to start building your own network. Each rotation is designed to provide you with in‐depth knowledge and a sound foundation to perform in your focus area and beyond. One of these rotations will be an international assignment, enabling you to work abroad for a period of months.

Programme duration: 18 months

Join the Corporate Finance Advisory Sub-Division and become part of the Private Debt Team in Zurich.

Our Zurich based team is responsible for structuring and executing complex and highly tailored cash-flow based and asset-backed lending transactions for clients of our Bank, across a multitude of sectors and jurisdictions. We offer the opportunity to work in a dynamic and proactive environment.

**YOUR CHALLENGE**:
**What to work on?**
- Work as part of the deal teams and support in structuring and executing the lending transactions
- Assist with the due diligence process of corporates across various jurisdictions, assist with the preparation of detailed credit requests and perform sophisticated cash-flow modelling with scenario analysis
- Support the credit approval process
- Monitor the existing loan portfolio and perform periodic credit reviews

**What to learn?**
- Develop a strong understanding of cash flow based lending and in-depth credit risk assessment
- Draft and negotiate term sheets and legal documentation
- Interact with relevant external and internal stakeholders

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences in business, finance, economics, or related fields (graduation max. 12 months ago)
- Clear interest in Corporate Finance, with previous internships in relevant fields being a plus
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Developed verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills
- Ability to cope with tight deadlines and work under time pressure
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Fluency in English, with an additional European language being a plus
- Eligibility to work in Switzerland
