Our Graduate Programme supports your individual journey to unleash your full potential. We offer you three rotations in different teams, on
- and off-the-job training and the opportunity to start building your own network. Each rotation is designed to provide you with in‐depth knowledge and a sound foundation to perform in your focus area and beyond. One of these rotations will be an international assignment, enabling you to work abroad for a period of months.

Programme duration: 18 months

Join our Region Switzerland & Europe and become part of the Private Banking team in Zurich. You will work with our Relationship Managers in their exciting daily work to serve our demanding clients and acquire new ones. You will interact with internal as well as external stakeholders, providing clients with relevant information and supporting the Relationship Managers in implementing customized solutions. You will also actively assist your superiors in driving strategic initiatives, executing marketing activities and handling business management tasks.

**YOUR CHALLENGE**:

- Understanding processes: learn the core processes that underpin our private banking operations. This includes grasping how transactions are processed, understanding the workflows from client onboarding to account closures, and becoming proficient in managing day-to-day operational tasks independently.
- Product and solution knowledge: A comprehensive understanding of our product and solutions offering is essential.
- Client account management: Learning how to independently open and maintain client accounts is a fundamental task.
- Supporting Relationship Managers: The graduate will support RMs in serving clients and prospects, which involves assisting with account management, preparing client meetings, and ensuring high levels of service delivery.
- Portfolio reviews and investment proposals: Developing skills to review existing client portfolios and building individualized investment proposals is crucial. This involves analyzing client needs, financial situation, and risk profile to create tailored investment solutions.
- Risk management & compliance: understanding how to handle and resolve requests from internal risk management and compliance departments is vital.
- Supporting initiatives and business management tasks: Assisting superiors in driving initiatives and ad hoc requests. This could involve conducting research, preparing reports, or any other support needed in the development and implementation of business management tasks and strategic initiatives.
- Marketing & events support: This involves assisting Group Head Zurich in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, client events, and prospecting activities. Graduate will be involved in preparing materials, organizing logistics, and ensuring that events rung smoothly.
- Preparing mgmt. meetings and ad-hoc initiatives: This involves creating the agenda, coordinating with relevant stakeholders, and inviting specialists to present to the teams.

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Master's degree or bachelor’s degree with an equivalent amount of practical experience from a university or university of applied sciences in economics, banking, finance, business administration, hospitality (graduation max. 12 months ago)
- Initial practical experience in the financial industry and expertise in banking products and financial markets, internship or first practical experience in Wealth Management is a plus
- Strong analytical, conceptual skills and fast thinker
- Very good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Proactive and independent work approach
- Entrepreneurial mindset, coupled with the willingness to take responsibility
- Independent, resilient and team-oriented personality
- Excellent situational adaptability (able to work with Relationship Managers and clients from diverse backgrounds)
- Highly service oriented and passionate about client servicing
- Friendly, trustworthy, and discreet personality with a high level of risk awareness
- Systematic, precise, and diligent working style and the ability to perform under pressure
- Positive “can do” attitude and approaches challenges with an open mind
- Native German and fluent in English, other languages an advantage
