**Executive Assistant Private Banking**

**Overview**

On behalf of our client, a renowned global banking institution, we are looking for a experienced Executive Assistant to support the Private Wealth Management team.

The role will be based in Zurich and has initial period of three months.

***Main responsibilities**
- General administrative support (covering phones, maintaining files, distributing mail, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, etc.)
- Support stakeholder diary management
- Prepare travel and expense statements for stakeholders and act as the main contact for expense questions
- Coordination of internal and external meetings, including the Executive Committee and Board meetings
- Deal with internal and external clients as well as intermediaries at senior levels
- Assist with various marketing and client engagement initiatives
- Create documents (i.e., PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets, etc.)
- Help with ad-hoc requests from Private Wealth Management professionals

**Your skills**:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant in a banking or corporate environment
- Organized, efficient, detail-oriented, and highly motivated
- Maintains a positive attitude and a customer service orientation Has the ability to prioritize and remain flexible as priorities change
- Has the ability to take on multiple and varied projects
- Technically proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English and German is required

For this position, we can only consider Swiss nationals or professionals possessing a valid EU passport or an existing Swiss permit.
