- We are looking for someone who can help us supporting the front office servicing clients.
- This exciting position provides an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to play an active role in servicing Financial Intermediaries (FIM) within UBS Global Wealth Management. In this role, you will be a key team member in ensuring superior client experience by providing excellent administrative and organizational support in all client-related processes.
- We're looking for someone like that to:
- Assisting the Client Advisors and the Business Developers with administrative/organizational arrangements and client processes for optimal support service delivery
- Process client-related orders (execute stock exchange orders, payments, opening/closing of accounts)
- Dealing with FIM queries and troubleshooting through specialized transactional process knowledge
- Main markets: Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia

**Graduate Talent Program**
Our Graduate Talent Program (GTP) lasts 18 months. You'll be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with professionals and gaining first-hand experience of our business.
- As well as on-the-job learning, you’ll get training on the financial markets, our products and other core business topics. Rotational assignments are a key part of the program. By taking on other roles in related departments, you’ll gain a wider perspective.

**Your team**
- You will be working in the Zurich GFIM EMEA team, providing service to our Financial Intermediaries (FIM) clients located in the region of Europe, Middle East, Africa and the Emerging Markets. Our team consists of Business Developers, Client Advisors, Assistants and the Desk Head. You will join a highly motivated and successful team with a great culture, working within an international environment in the heart of Zurich.

**Your expertise**
- You need have completed your bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- In particular, you have:
- good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
- a flexible, open-minded and cooperative personality (you’re a people person)
- an interest in financial markets, numbers and products
- an interest in working in a fast-paced international environment as part of a team
- a structured work style, confident working autonomously
- the ability stay on track, even when dealing with tight deadlines
- excellent English skills (written and oral), German as an advantage
- Start date: 01.02.2024
