**Your role**
- Do you want to be part of a cross-divisional client coverage team and learn how to best serve institutional type of wealth management clients? Are you a smart working, high-potential individual who is at your best when solving problems for clients and building long-term relationships? We are looking for a Graduate Talent to join our team to support:
- product specialists for the provisioning of sales coverage for GFIW clients on the whole spectrum of Global Markets and Structured lending products
- product specialists for price and pitch bespoke and innovative solutions to clients
- client advisors in daily banking activities and administrative
- client advisors in identify cross-selling opportunities and discuss them with the client advisor
- client advisors in delivering exceptional client service and experience
- client advisors in administrative, risk and legal and compliance related tasks and duties
- client advisors when they are on business trips and assist in preparing client meetings
- join client advisors occasionally in client meetings
- internal projects or automation initiatives

**Graduate Talent Program**
Our Graduate Talent Program (GTP) lasts 18 months. You'll be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with professionals and gaining first-hand experience of our business.
- As well as on-the-job learning, you’ll get training on the financial markets, our products and other core business topics. Rotational assignments are a key part of the program. By taking on other roles in related departments, you’ll gain a wider perspective.

**Your team**
- You'll be based in the GFIW Business Development team of Global Family and Institutional Wealth (GFIW), based in Zurich. As part of your program, you will be rotating (six months each) across GFIW Global Markets Solutions Sales, GFIW Structured Lending as well as GFIW client facing team in Zurich.

**Your expertise**
- You need have completed your bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- In particular, you have:
- good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
- a flexible, open-minded and cooperative personality (you’re a people person)
- a bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in economics, finance or business administration
- an interest in financial markets, numbers, models and products
- a structured work style, confident working autonomously
- good judgment when dealing with sensitive information
- the ability stay on track, even when dealing with tight deadlines
- excellent English (written and oral)
- Start date: July or September 2023
