**Your role**
- Are you interested in domestic and international finance? Do you find working with some of UBS’s most sophisticated corporate clients exciting? Would you like to learn how to structure corporate (export-) financings from A to Z?
- The Graduate Talent Program Export and Structured Finance offers an ideal platform for graduates who want to experience corporate finance in Switzerland and get a sense for financings in emerging markets (such as Export Credit Agency backed loans in Latam, Southeast Asia or sub-Saharan Africa).
- You will start your program in the teams of Export and Structured Finance followed by an assignment somewhere else within UBS. You will gain insight into a broad range of financing solutions, build new competences and develop crucial networks across UBS.
- We're looking for someone like that to:
- Will be actively involved in the day-to-day structuring and execution of complex (export-)financing transactions, bringing you in frequent contact with various internal and external stakeholders of Export and Structured Finance
- Will work with other team members to build and assess financial models
- Will be involved in the preparation of financing pitches and other marketing related materials
- Will be involved in drafting of term sheets and negotiation of loan agreements

**Graduate Talent Program**
Our Graduate Talent Program (GTP) lasts 18 months. You'll be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with professionals and gaining first-hand experience of our business.
- As well as on-the-job learning, you’ll get training on the financial markets, our products and other core business topics. Rotational assignments are a key part of the program. By taking on other roles in related departments, you’ll gain a wider perspective.

**Your team**
- Export and Structured Finance are the center of know-how for complex financing transactions within UBS’s Swiss corporate division (Institutional & Multinational Banking). We operate in an fast-paced environment where strong analytical skills and speed of execution are key. At the same time we value teamwork and foster junior colleagues, who benefit from an attractive program which enables personal and professional growth.

**Your expertise**
- You need to have completed your bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- In particular, you have:
- Good analytical skills, quick to grasp the bigger picture
- Excellent interpersonal skills and proven reliability
- Good presentations skills in PowerPoint
- Keen interest in financial markets and attentive to news and geopolitical changes that can influence our transactions
- Fluency in English and German (fluency in French would be an advantage)
- Start date: 01.09.2024
