Overview of Role
We are seeking a passionate Client Executive to complement our Latam team during the maternity leave absence of the present job incumbent..
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support in opening banking relationships, including dealing with Legal & Compliance matters
- Provide general client maintenance assistance, such as:
- responding to client requests
- dealing with day to day client administration
- receiving and processing payment / trading orders
- preparing documentation for client meetings
- monitoring progress of tasks and ensure proper follow-up
- Ensure close co-operation with various departments including Investment Department, Legal & Compliance, Credit, Payments and Securities Administration
- Collaborate in marketing activities of the team, including maintaining prospects lists, writing marketing letters, organizing meetings and business trips and ensuring proper follow up
- Coordinate meetings
- Assist with preparing presentations
- Help with client servicing and prospecting in Spanish, English and German
Education and Qualifications
- Commercial or High School degree, bank apprenticeship or similar
Experience, Skills and Competencies Required
- Experience in the financial industry is considered a plus
- Knowledge and interest in financial markets and asset allocation
- Native German and fluent communication skills in English (written and spoken), Spanish is an asset.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to demonstrate initiative, attention to detail and reliability
- Proficient in MS Office
- Team player
- Flexibility, “can-do” attitude, seeking continuous service improvement, high quality standards
