**ABB Way FTP - P2D Project Manager**:

The ABB Way Finance Transformation Program is a business-led program that will help to underpin the new ABB Way operating model and decentralization agenda. It is a key first step in establishing global end-to-end processes and modernizing the finance part of our legacy ERP estate which will create sustainable benefits for ABB. In this role you will be responsible for supporting the Global process with PMO related tasks and activities including planning, risks management, action tracking, status reporting and activities directed towards completion of key design and deployment aspects. You will also be involved in driving and reporting the process performance towards the project leadership and facilitation of key process operational rhythms.

**This position reports to**:
Global P2D process lead

**Your responsibilities**:

- Project leadership: helps define guidelines, allocate project tasks, motivate, and monitor internal and external resources to accomplish all tasks and milestones
- Project execution and control: effectively organizes, monitors and controls activities to ensure achievement of planned stage gates and completion of all assigned tasks to ensure completion of design and communication to the stakeholders
- Project governance: ensures the process and sub-projects in the process follow sound methodology and execution practices in accordance with standard ABB internal directives and procedures.
- Project reviews: Ensures that timely and effective stakeholder review meetings and internal process relevant cadences including integration activities with other end to end processes
- Stakeholder relations : Serves as the key contact for the project stakeholders, and an escalation point for project issues. Effectively communicates appropriate information to stakeholders in a timely manner and to achieve desired understanding and support
- Some key deliverables : Maintains and updates the program action tracker, process action tracker, Program Contact List for P2D, Org Chart of P2D, P2D KPI and benefits tracker, status summary of key process streams
- Carry out detailed project planning and status reporting

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration or similar field)
- Finance Acumen and knowledge is mandatory and highly valuable for this role
- Minimum 6-8 years of proven experience in a similar role
- Solid organization skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment
- Excellent communication skills: present and report activities in a clear and effective way to stakeholders in various levels of seniority. Fluency in English.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and SharePoint
- PMP / PRINCE certification is a plus
