Pour le compte de l'un de nos clients, un groupe hotelier Suisse, nous recherchons un sales representative parlant **_suisse-allemand_** afin de dévelloper la société au-delà de la Suisse romande.

**_Vos missions:

- **
- Établir une stratégie commerciale
- Évaluer les ventes et analyser les résultats
- Le développement et la fidélisation du portefeuille de clients
- L’analyse de la concurrence
- Assurer la gestion des demandes de séminaires et groupes
- Réaliser des offres commerciales personnalisées et ciblées, en respectant les délais de réponse
- Mener les négociations de prix et de conditions selon les objectifs et limites fixées, jusqu’à signature du contrat et réception des acomptes
- Initier des rendez-vous clients, mener des visites d’inspection
- Concevoir des newsletters destinées à la clientèle B2B du groupe

Votre profil:

- **
- Maitrise du Suisse-Allemand et du Francais ou de l'anglais.
- Sensibilité commerciale et aisance relationnelle
- Rigueur, organisation personnelle et autonomie
- Calme et sens des priorités, gestion du stress
- Grand sens de l’écoute et du service client
- Proactivité et orientation client
- Une expérience de 4 ans en qualité de sales.
- Connaissances des techniques de ventes et de négociations
- Connaissance du MICE et de la clientèle corporate
