Our client is a telecommunications company in Switzerland that offers a variety of services to private and business customers. These services range from fixed-line and mobile telephony to broadband internet and television. The company places great emphasis on reliable and innovative technology to provide its customers with an optimal user experience.

We are looking for a dedicated customer support representative who would like to assist and advise private customers in the areas of mobile telephony, fixed-line, internet and TV. As part of the customer service team, you will respond to inquiries in German and Italian, identify needs and efficiently solve problems

Job Responsibilities
Providing proactive customer support and reflecting on customer experiences and processes to identify potential for improvement
Updating activities correctly according to process guidelines
Identifying potential optimization opportunities for the customer portfolio, highlighting self-care
opportunities, explaining sales interviews to customers, and actively conducting them
Assisting operating units in managing processes and projects

Conditions

**Start date**: May 1st (non-negotiable)

**Training period**: First 10 weeks, no absences allowed (including vacation)

**Working hours (after training)**: Monday to Saturday between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm (schedule prepared for 1 month and published 2 weeks in advance)

**Workplace**: At the office in Lausanne
No teleworking is possible during the first 6 months. Afterward, 2 days in the office and 3 days in Homeoffice (only in Switzerland) are possible.

**Qualifications**:
Completed apprenticeship or equivalent
Bilingual proficiency in French and Italian (at least C1 level)
1 year of experience in a similar field
Good technical knowledge, predisposition and marked interest in sales
Flexibility, team spirit, solution-oriented, MS Office skills
