Alors vous êtes au bon endroit En tant que membre de notre groupe de travail, vous et vos collègues serez responsables de la gestion de l’entrée en relation de nos nouveaux clients. En tant que membre de l'équipe, vous serez responsable de:
- Mise en place de nouvelles relations clients dans nos systèmes
- Obtention de formulaires de base auprès de nos clients
- Maintenance et contrôle des données Know Your Client (KYC)
- Interlocuteur compétent pour les unités partenaires internes et soutien des collègues
- Contact privilégié pour nos clients sur le thème de l'onboarding client

- Au sein de l'équipe Advice & Sales CIC Lifecycle Management, nous combinons une mentalité de start-up avec les compétences clés d'UBS. Nous travaillons de manière numérique et agile dans l’intérêt de nos clients. Pour atteindre cet objectif, nous utilisons des outils numériques modernes qui nous soutiennent dans la vente et le conseil. Vous travaillerez au sein d'une équipe dynamique sur l'un de nos sites régionaux.

**Ce que nous souhaitons**
- Vous avez suivi un apprentissage bancaire ou commercial et/ou une expérience bancaire avérée avec une formation continue appropriée
- Vous êtes très intéressé par un environnement dynamique et êtes passionné par les sujets réglementaires
- Vous vous adaptez rapidement et avez la capacité de travailler en réseau
- Vous êtes une personnalité indépendante et responsable avec une méthode de travail extrêmement discipliner et efficace
- Vous avez une forte mentalité de service et aimez travailler avec diverses interfaces au sein de la banque ainsi que le contact direct avec les clients
- Une bonne connaissance de l'allemand ou du français, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral, ainsi que la connaissance d'autres langues est un atout.
