Human Resources (HR) at AstraZeneca is a global organisation that delivers global and local processes through a combined model of in-house delivery and partnerships with 3rd parties (via HR Centres of Excellence (CoEs), Business Partners and HR Operations)

The Alexion Harmonisation programme has been established to fully integrate AstraZeneca and Alexion into fully aligned global ways of working. The combination of Alexion and AstraZeneca will build an organisation in Switzerland of approximately 400 employees. This role will play an integral part in ensuring HR practices and processes are clearly mapped and defined across both entities. In addition, the role holder will work to ensure the People Services delivery model is implemented within the market according to agreed scope.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Identify relevant HR Administrative practices and processes to transition to People Services and ensure smooth transition of the same to HR People Services (PS)
- End to end process mapping
- RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) and clear ownership/flow of work across PS and local country HR team
- Identify and plan for implementation of appropriate automation / processes & ways of working
- Change & communications management
- Act as the primary in country point-of-contact for HR People Services team.
- Reviews HR policies and processes, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for change.
- Ensures processes are simplified
- Day to day management and updates to plan, risks, issues, actions, decisions log. Escalating risks and issues where vital
- Co-ordinates, collates and communicates information at the detailed level
- Ensures coordination of the different business areas involved on a project and ensures adherence to deadlines
- May control small sub-projects under general direction ensuring delivery of project outputs according to plan, reviewing and refining plans as necessary

- Operates independently escalating only the most complex issues
- Can demonstrate experience in working in a global environment, supporting work between different functions
- ** Proficiency in German and English**:

- Flexibility - able to adapt working style to support different needs
- Collaborates well and able to work successfully across multiple functions
