**Location**:
This position is located at our corporate office in Baar, Switzerland.

Overview:
The Technical Services Coordinator reports to the Director of Design & Technical Services. He / She plays a critical role in managing the quality of the provided services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring smooth execution of TS Smartsheet project management tool: monitor and execute tasks in collaboration with the project’s design manager.
- Coordinate TS project management tool’s led deadlines and progress across the team to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Collaborate with team members, corporate teams, and external project teams to manage information flows and data exchange.
- Track project and Aman Standards schedules, lists & briefs, ensuring archiving of all digital communications and documents.
- Produce meeting minutes, presentations, and reports.
- Assist the TS Director in the early formulation and feasibility stages of a project.

Qualifications:

- A bachelor’s degree is required
- Eligibility to work in Switzerland
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a coordinator or in a related role
- Familiarity with aspects of luxury hotel and resort project delivery. Technical Services background with luxury hotel operator preferred
- Familiarity and affinity with architecture, interior design and design
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken English, additional languages desirable
- Strong work ethic, ability to work independently and cultural sensitivity
- Familiarity and interest in office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office, knowledge of Revu desirable
- Strong organizational abilities to multitask and prioritize daily workload efficiently
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
