Project Manager HR Digitalisation

Scope of the role

In this role you will be an integral part of the HR Systems and digitalisation team and will be responsible for leading system projects related to Workday as well as general digitalisation projects.

This is a key function within the organisation that has a direct impact on most of our employee lifecycle processes. In this role you will closely collaborate with various functions within the group, especially group IT and also play an important role in planning the digital roadmap for group HR.

This role reports to Director International HR & Group HR Digitalisation and will be based in Baar, Switzerland.

Your Responsibilities
- Manage the HRIS System (Workday) project management end-to-end, including project planning, testing, security administration, change management, system optimization, and stakeholder management to ensure smooth operations pre
- and post-launch.
- Lead implementation & maintenance of Workday modules as per the business requirements and ensuring seamless system enhancement.
- Workday system owner for modules including HCM, Compensation, Talent & Performance, Recruiting, Learning, Adaptive Planning, Absence, Reporting and Peakon to meet business requirements.
- Outlook for upcoming Workday module implementations: Expenses Management & Advanced compensation
- Oversee the organization's HR Digitalization landscape to streamline and improve business processes effectively.
- Develop training strategies, governance models, and communication plans to drive user engagement and acceptance throughout the HR Digitalization landscape.
- Lead a team with an HR Systems Specialist ensuring HR data quality, enhance decision-making, and handling change requests as per business requirements while integrating industry best practices.

Your Profile
- Hands-on Workday experience with good knowledge on Human Resources and employee life cycle processes.
- Workday implementation knowledge in Payroll, Time Tracking & Absence would be a plus
- Advanced Excel & Analytical Skills
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and set priorities
- Change Management skills
- Strong cross-functional collaboration within HR functions (Controlling, Compensation etc) and other business units (eg: IT & Finance)
- Effective team building and people manager
- Strong Communication skills
- Fluency in German (at least C1) and fluent in English
