**Manager Project Management Office**:
**Main responsibilities**
- Lead and develop the global PMO team, ensure the effective execution of IT projects
- Define, develop and implement the project management methods, processes and standards, become the Centre of Excellence within the global organization
- Overview the lifecycle of ongoing projects, i.e. planning, coordinating and monitoring, resource and time management, budgeting and risk management
- Collaborate with your internal and external stakeholders, liaise with divisions, understand project requirements and business needs in order to ensure fulfillment
- Define and establish cross-divisional best practice methods and processes
- Design handbooks, templates and KPI’s and implement accordingly
- Establish and promote the team in terms of best practice, performance and people leadership behaviour
- Regular reporting to senior management
**Your profile**
- Sound education and relevant experience in project management
- Designated and convincing leadership and also hands-on personality with good social skills and a track record in leading cross-functional teams
- Experience in building up and leading a PMO in an international environment
- Strong methodical, conceptual and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
