**Project Manager, Meetings Management **(M/F/d), BCD Meetings & Events Germany

Full-time, located in Switzerland (Zürich, Home Office in Switzerland, ability to come in to office in Zurich)

**As a Project Manager, Meetings Management, you will**:

- Be responsible for planning, coordinating and conducting live, hybrid or virtual meetings.
- For our service providers and partners as well as operational stakeholders on the customer side, you are the first point of contact who actively, well-founded and passionately promotes constant exchange and thus provides colleagues and service providers with all relevant information.
- You will help to keep the budget and targets of your projects up-to-date and adhere to them, coordinate the tendering of service providers and trades as well as the support of partners.
- During the implementation of the events, you will ensure that everything runs smoothly.

**You should have**:

- Several years of professional experience in customer management and meeting planning. Experience in the field of pharmaceutical customers is desirable.
- Good organizational skills and time management skills that make it easy for you to manage multiple complex projects and schedules, as well as setting and meeting deadlines.
- Strong teamwork, communication and cooperation skills. You are also confident and friendly.
- ** C1 Level fluency in German and English**. Additional language skills are an add-on.
