For our client, the company F. Hoffmann La Roche based in Basel, we are looking for a Local OCM Lead (M/F/d)

**Local OCM Lead (m/w/d)**:
**Background**

ASPIRE is an enterprise-wide global business transformation program that will harmonize, simplify all core E2Eprocesses
across Roche and enable their execution from standardized IT-Landscape with SAP S/4HANA being at the core. This Global Template is being rolled-out in waves and Local Deployment OCM Lead will be a key member of FHLR (Basel/KAU) Deployment Team, driving the local Change Management activities of the assigned function within the main program.

**Task and Responsibilites**
- Oversee all OCM, communication and training activities
- Develop and execute change management plans and strategies that support the project’s goals
- Utilize and adapt the global OCM plan and templates provided in deployment toolkit
- Ensure local resources and tools, reports are in place to support OCM activities
- Perform local stakeholder analysis and impact assessment
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them
- Develop and deliver communications plan
- Provide coaching and support to project team, SMEs and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of project
- Drive end user - role mapping and assign the training plans
- Support training delivery to enable employees to adopt and use changes effectively
- Organize team workshops, team events
- Regularly monitor status, report KPIs and provide feedback to the global ASPIRE OCM team

**You must have these qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree, preferably in Organizational Development / Learning & Development / Project
Management / IT / Pharma
- Holds a PROSCI Practitioner Certificate or equivalent
- Min. 6 years of experience in Organizational Change Management in a SAP environment (**)
- Experience of working with senior level partners within projects in a matrix environment - leading without authority
across multiple stakeholders. (**)
- Deep understanding of change management principles, methodologies and best practices (**)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner and
communicate at any hierarchical level (**)
- English fluent (written/spoken)
- Experience of leading or having a significant role in the implementation of large scale and cross functional projects,
with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs
- Ability to collect, analyze and interpret data, feedback and measure the effectiveness of OCM interventions
- Experience with SAP process role mapping and learning concepts
- Coaching/supporting teams
- Facilitating workshops, team events

**Nice to haves**
- Pharma industry experience
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe.)
- German is a plus

**Work hours**
- Fixed working hours
- Home office possible, limited to max. 2 days a week.
