**INTRODUCTION**:

**OCM Lead**:

- (Vertragtyp 12 Monate mit Möglichkeit auf Verlängerung bei gegenseitigem Einverständnis) mit Startdatum innerhalb von 3 Monaten. Remote/Home Office: hybrid, Home Office nach Absprache möglich.

**ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION**:

- Überwachung, Planung und Kommunikation aller OCM-Aktivitäten (Organizational Change Management)
- Erstellung und Pflege von lokalen Stakeholder und Impact Assessments. Verwaltung der lokalen Analyse organisatorischen Auswirkungen sowie den Changeplan mit klaren Meilensteinen und Ergebnissen
- Abstimmung der OCM-Aktivitäten mit anderen globalen IT-Anwendungsaktivitäten, welche, vor, parallel oder nach ASPIRE eingeführt werden
- Koordination von spezifischen Aktivitäten der Stakeholder zusammen mit den Kollegen aus den Bereichen Kommunikation und Training
- Planung und Sicherstellung, der lokalen Ressourcen für die OCM-Aktivitäten
- Praktische Durchführung von OCM-Aktivitäten auf lokaler Ebene
- Koordination von Stakeholder spezifischen Aktivitäten zusammen mit dem PS ASPIRE Deployment Team und Training Leads
- Verantwortung für die Umsetzung, der Aktivitäten aus den OCM-Plänen, um sicherzustellen, dass die Organisation auf die Transformation vorbereitet ist

**REQUIRED PROFILE**:

- Universitärer Abschluss und PROSCI Practitioner-Zertifikat oder ein gleichwertiges Zertifikat
- Min. 5-7+ Jahre Arbeitserfahrung im Change Management und in der Leitung eines funktionsübergreifenden Projekts oder massgebliche Beteiligung an der Umsetzung umfangreicher Change Projekte
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse über Unternehmens/ Geschäftsprozesse in der pharmazeutischen Industrie (mindestens highly regulated environment)
- Expertenkenntnisse in As-is
- oder Fit-Gap-Analysen und in der Entwicklung von entsprechenden Plänen und Strategien zum Schliessen dieser Gaps
- Fliessende Englisch und Deutschkenntnisse (mündlich und schriftlich) sind unabdingbar
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Fähigkeit mit verschiedenen internen Stakeholdern zu kommunizieren
- Wir setzen einige sehr wichtige Soft Skills voraus: Planen und Ausführen von Aktivitäten sowie liefern von Ergebnissen
