THE POSITION

As the EpiCX Global OCM Product Trainer, you will hold a key position within the EpiCX Learning Academy. You will function as a Subject Matter Expert on EpiCX Products and work closely in partnership with the Organizational Change Management (OCM), Readiness & Deployment (R&D) and Integrated Operations (iOps) team, as well as product and local affiliate team to develop and deliver highly effective train-the-trainer programs using proven methodologies. The role reports directly to the EpiCX Global Learning Academy Lead.
In a typical day you may start by working directly with your fellow EpiCX Global OCM Product Trainers, along with the rest of the Learning Academy, to understand the full business drivers for the entire EpiCX technology landscape deployment, and translate those business drivers into clear and consistent learning content that will be catered to upskill affiliate trainers.
Key Accountabilities:
- Conduct engaging and transformative train-the-trainer sessions for affiliate trainers on EpiCX products with an emphasis on how the tools enable meaningful customer engagements
- Partner with the EpiCX product teams to align on new capabilities and features brought about by new product releases and incorporate updates in future training sessions
- Define and ignite communities of practice (2 minimum) for the ecosystem. These communities of practice should be structured based on the ecosystem needs (e.g.; by role, product, and/or process) and cultivated as feedback centers with the aim to develop meaningful future training experiences
- Align with various team members to ensure all affiliates learning activities meet program needs and agreed timelines
- Track working progress of affiliate trainers in their learning journeys and provide encouragement and guidance as needed
- Collect affiliate training feedback and lessons learned, and integrate into future train-the-trainer learning sessions
- Stay current with learning and development best practices: adult learning theory instructional design, and training delivery including materials, methods, techniques, measurement, and evaluation
- Propose and execute at least 4 learning innovation projects per year to ensure the Learning Academy is continuously growing as a state-of-the-art learning organization (e.g.; gamification, e-Learning modules, measurement of training outcomes, etc.)
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or other related graduate or postgraduate level degree preferred
- Accredited in agile methodologies nice-to-have
**Experience**:
- 6+ years training and learning development experience that includes 3+ years in large scale global programs within a multicultural environment
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful training programs
- Experience with training development and delivery in an agile environment
- Experience in complex projects with ambitious milestones
- Pharma compliance or related knowledge

- Strong presentation skills
- Good technical skills and the ability to understand and explain complex systems and functionalities
- Good working knowledge of Cornerstone or relevant Learning Management Solution
- Ability to communicate effectively across geographical, cultural, and functional boundaries and engages with a wider network with ease
- Ability to listen and be diplomatic while asserting his/her point of view based on objectivity and good judgement, and appropriately pushing back when needed
- Ability to manage multiple projects and balance competing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal English (CEFR C2 equivalent)
- Fluent in Mandarin, French or German preferred.
