Trainee - Global Product Management 12 Months(F/m/d)

**Job Purpose**
We are looking for you as our Trainee Global Product Management. In this position, you will drive global product manager efficiency by taking ownership and orchestrating product life cycle tasks and cross functional projects. You will develop expertise in Product Management tasks and processes. In this position, you will be able to build a network with many different departments at Straumann. You will be part of the Product Management team in the Implantology Business Unit, based at the HQ in Basel. The position is temporary for one year.

**Main Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Support the product related remediation of technical file documents to New Medical Device Regulation
- Leading Product Management tasks in cross functional projects in close collaboration with the responsible Product Managers and the departments involved
- Take ownership for an effective and transparent communication between stakeholders, feeding different channels and continuously searching for tools and ways to improve it.

**Profile**
- Degree in life sciences, business administration or equivalent,
- Familiar with e-commerce & digital marketing topics as well as Project management an advantage
- At least 6 months of working experience, preferably in an international matrix organization in the medical device, life science or similar industry
- Ability to transform customer needs in project requirements
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Open minded and proactive personality with the ability to cultivate a network of effective working relationships in an international matrix environment as well as to motivate and engage stakeholders
- Fluent in English, any other language is an asset
