We are offering an exciting opportunity to join the Strategy & Business Partnerships team for Private Banking International (PBI).
PBI serves international HNW clients with private banking needs from Switzerland. We are on a journey towards an analytics-driven multi-channel advisory model to serve HNW clients in the best possible manner.
As part of the PBI Innovation team, Strategy & Business Partnership’s primary function is to drive strategic projects and initiatives and to develop the PBI’s strategic roadmap. As part of our team, your responsibilities will include:
- Play a significant role in the development and realization of strategic growth initiatives for Private Banking International.
- Create systematic client acquisition opportunities that help accelerate business growth through close collaboration and partnership with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. products, analytics, marketing, control functions).
- Originate and establish new business partnership opportunities to extend PBI’s presence in key markets and segments.
- Support ongoing strategic projects and independently gain an in-depth insight into the Innovation function.
- Support the decision making of our senior management by conducting key analyses and preparing documents across a range a topics and meetings.
- Take ownership for projects, craft your ideas to the strategic roadmap of PBI, and closely collaborate with various business functions within PBI and beyond.

**Your skills and experience**
- Bachelor or advanced graduate university degree (Master, MBA, etc.) in Banking, Finance, Management, Economics or any other business-related field.
- Professional experience in a management consulting, investment banking, strategy, corporate development, transformation, business development, or business management would be highly valuable.
- Knowledge and genuine interest in the financial services industry and wealth management.
- Excellent analytical skills, a structured way of working, and a demonstrated ability to synthesize complex content.
- Experience leading initiatives from concept through to completion.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with senior management and key stakeholders.
- ‘Entrepreneurial spirit’ with the ability to balance priorities in a fast-paced environment and exhibit a high degree of flexibility and creativity.
- Business proficiency and strong presentation skills in English (other languages are an advantage).
- Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives.
