**Responsibilities**
Working at Logifleet is anything but boring, especially in a dynamic role like sales. As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you'll collaborate with a small but diverse team across sales, customer success, and marketing. We're not seeking someone to just do repetitive outreach tasks, rather someone with excellent soft skills and the ability to adapt to various responsibilities.
- Conducting outbound sales prospecting, researching the German-speaking Swiss market, Germany and Austria; identifying key players and their needs
- Using the existing database to reactivate prospects
- Generating and qualifying new leads based on targeted questions and relevant criteria
- Building and nurturing relationships with prospects to move them through the sales pipeline
- Creating and executing a sales plan to meet or exceed quotas
- Setting up meetings or calls between prospective customers and account executives
- Maintaining records in the CRM
- Supporting account executives in sales tasks, especially follow ups
- Collaborating with Marketing to personalize messaging based on research and developing multi-channel campaigns
**Requirements**:
Other requirements include:
- Proficiency in CRM and various sequencing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Navigator, Dealfront, Waalaxy)
- Fluency in German and English; Swiss German and French are a plus
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Passion for technology and the construction industry
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
- Desire for continuous learning and improvement
**Hiring process**
- First Interview: You will have a meeting with one of our Account Executives, where we will explore your motivations and review your experience.
- Assessment: Following a successful initial interview, you will be given a brief task designed specifically to assess skills relevant to the job's requirements.
- Second Interview: You will have an opportunity to meet with our Founder and Chief Revenue Officer to delve deeper into your skills and discuss your aspirations for the future.
