**Responsabilités principales**
- Gérer d'une manière professionnelle et proactive l'équipe du département «Technical Sales Support» tout en développant les capacités professionnelles ainsi que personnelles des membres de son équipe
- Force motrice dans les opérations quotidiennes du service à la clientèle. Hub interne dans les activités technico-commerciales
- Définition et amélioration des processus au niveau interne du département et de la collaboration avec d’autres département
- Participation et assistance proactive dans les efforts d’innovation
- Participation et assistance proactive dans les activités de vente technico-commerciale en particulier pour les produits liés à la diversification de l’entreprise
- Gestion méthodique et perfectionniste des projets de vente, avec les compétences d’un ingénieur de vente:
- Analyser et comprendre tout type de besoins clientèle afin proposer des solutions
- Validation technique et commerciale de tous les documents clients
- Assurer le bon suivi/timing des projets clients
- Traitement des demandes de renseignements des clients qui sont techniquement exigeantes
- Conseil sur des questions techniques et technico-commerciales dans le cadre de projets spécifiques
- Établir la documentation de formation et mettre en place un coaching du département
- Faire respecter les règles environnementales et de santé et sécurité en vigueur dans l’entreprise
**Profil souhaité**
- Bachelor/Master dans un domaine d’ingénierie avec une formation continue avérée dans le domaine commercial
- Expertise pratique (développement et/ou production) dans les domaines de la mécanique de précision, de l'ingénierie mécanique, de la conception mécanique et des processus de production
- Pour la communication avec les clients, de très bonnes connaissances de l’anglais et l’allemand, oral et écrit, sont nécessaires. La langue de l’entreprise est le français. Toutes langues additionnelles sont un atout.
- Plusieurs années d’expérience dans le domaine de la vente technique
- Expérience en leadership au niveau d’un département pluridisciplinaire
- Compréhension et expérience des processus d'affaires pour des produits industriels
- Capacité de communication ouverte/directe avec tous les niveaux hiérarchiques
- Amical et ouvert ; une personnalité qui, grâce à une attitude positive et enthousiaste, développe un leadership naturel
- Penser et agir de manière proactive : anticiper les besoins des clients, des collaborateurs et de l'entreprise à tout moment
