**Digital ART DIRECTOR**

Un direttore creativo per l’era digitale e della A.I.

Si è occupato della realizzazione di **progetti di comunicazione ATL, BTL e digital**, definendone lo stile visivo.
- Ha maturato una valida esperienza nel **video editing, color correction, color grading, per la realizzazione di piccoli spot video tutorial di animazione.**

Il profilo di riferimento è inoltre una **persona curiosa e costantemente aggiornata** **sulle nuove tendenze della comunicazione digitale e tradizionale**, con forte motivazione e senso di responsabilità.

**Creatività impattante e buon gusto stilistico** completano il quadro.

Gradita la conoscenza di **content creation tools in ambito A.I.** ( Dall-E, Lightroom, DreamStudio, Midjourney, Adobe Sensei )

**Responsabilità**:

- ** Direzione creativa dei processi di Brand Design e Brand Identity**;
- Rappresentare il **punto di riferimento creativo **nella realizzazione di progetti digitali web/app e di campagne tradizionali;
- Coinvolgimento diretto nella fase di creazione dei progetti e **contribuire all'ideazione delle strategie di comunicazione**;
- Collaborare in modo trasversale sia con il **team marketing **che con il **team IT (Product UX/UI), **per lo sviluppo e delivery dei progetti.

**Requisiti essenziali**:

- Capacità di **gestire tutte le fasi del progetto**;
- Ottima conoscenza della **Creative Suite Adobe**;
- Capacità di creare **storyboard e presentazioni**;
- Competenze in ambito produzione video:

- Utilizzo di **Adobe Premiere** per:

- Montaggio video da girato esistente
- Montaggio Audio da tracce esistenti
- Montaggio e editing template video da database
- Esportazione in diversi formati anche per utilizzo social
- Creazione gif da video esistenti
- Semplici effetti video
- Familiarità con utilizzo di **template video da database**:

- Capacità di dialogo con **prompt di creazione video AI**:

- ** Adattamento video** in 16:9 e 9:16 per utilizzo social
- Utilizzo di **Powtoon o altri tool video cloud per creazione tutorial**:

- Creazione brevi **banner animati** su specifici requisiti
- Costituisce requisito aggiuntivo e preferenziale:

- Utilizzo di **Adobe premiere** per progetti e montaggi complessi
- Utilizzo di **Adobe After Effect** per effetti video e audio (maschere, motion tracking, etc)
- ** Personalizzazione di Template preesistenti** di Adobe After Effect
- Precisione e attenzione ai dettagli;
- Inglese B2
