Junior Account Manager

Nous avons le plaisir d’accompagner une start-up en véritable essor et active dans le secteur des nouvelles technologies lié à la Construction/Immobilier, basée à Genève, dans la recherche d’un/e : Junior Account Manager, proactif/ve et en quête d'une aventure entrepreneuriale
**Vos responsabilités**:
Participer à une stratégie commerciale pertinentes afin de contribuer à l’accroissement des revenus puis d’élargir la visibilité des services offerts par la structure
Adopter une approche consultative avec les clients et les prospects en veillant à identifier précisément leurs défis et leurs stratégies afin de les accompagner de manière efficace et pertinente
Gérer les processus de ventes et effectuer le suivi administratif (élaboration des offres commerciales et des contrats, négociation, finalisation)
Créer des supports commerciaux et gérer l’implémentation du CRM
Assurer la gestion continue des comptes existants, par la collecte de feedbacks, dans le but d’améliorer le service proposé par la structure puis de créer une collaboration durable
Représenter l’entreprise, participer à des événements en lien avec le BIM en collaboration avec le Responsable Commercial.
**Votre profil**:
Titulaire d’un diplôme universitaire (École de commerce ou toute autre formation similaire)
Vous justifiez de minimum 2 ans d’expérience dans le développement commercial/ l’account management ou dans un rôle similaire.
Vous avez le sens du contact et aimez négocier
Vous êtes autonome, rigoureux et organisé
Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français (la maitrise de l’anglais ou de l’allemand serait un réel atout)
Vous êtes mobile en Suisse romande
Vous maîtrisez le Pack office et êtes à l’aise avec les nouvelles technologies
Un véritable atout si vous avez des connaissances en BIM et en construction
