La/le coordinateur des opérations du service après-vente joue un rôle de premier plan dans le bon déroulement des activités quotidiennes opérationnelles. Elle/Il planifie et gère le portefeuille de réparations des montres et des composants avec nos fournisseurs interne et externe. Elle/il supporte la partie administrative/ERP pour l’équipe d’horlogers. Elle/Il est le contact direct pour répondre, enregistrer et suivre les demandes pièces de rechanges provenant de notre réseau de boutiques ou centres de réparations. Elle/Il gère l’inventaire des composants et des montres de notre atelier de réparation et de notre stock. Le travail d’équipe est important pour vous et vous pouvez établir de solides relations de confiance au sein de l’organisation interne et externe et créer un environnement de travail positif et harmonieux. **Key Accountabilities**:

- Gérer le portefeuille des réparations internes et externes, suivi des demandes d’offre et de l’état d’avancement des réparations.
- Surveiller les stocks des pièces de rechanges conformément à la politique du service après-vente et planifier/exécuter l’approvisionnement en collaboration avec le service des achats.
- Support administratif/ERP à l’équipe d’horlogers pour le flux des réparations.
- Charger de répondre, enregistrer et suivre les demandes de réparations des montres et des pièces de rechanges provenant de notre réseau de boutiques ou centres de réparations.
- Participer à la préparation du budget de service après-vente et les achats de composants, de sous-traitance et d’outils.
- Supporter le développement des nouveaux produits pour la partie SAV sur l’ensemble des besoins tels que type de nomenclatures, approvisionnement en composants, outillages nécessaires, documentations techniques, publication sur l’intranet.
- Rédiger, communiquer et mettre à jour les procédures de communication avec les fournisseurs externes, les opérations internes et les expéditions.
- Être force de proposition et/ou participer activement à des projets de développement du service.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Formation universitaire en ingénierie, technique ou en comptabilité et gestion.
- Expérience pertinente (quelques années) dans un poste similaire dans le secteur horloger.
- Expérience avec un ERP + très bonne connaissance des outils habituels de MS Office tels que Word et Excel.
- Excellentes compétences de communication et compétences en matière de relations avec les clients.
- Personnalité ouverte et dynamique, esprit d’initiative et souplesse.
- Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français et l'anglais, de manière à pouvoir communiquer en autonomie avec les centres de service et réseau de boutiques à l'étranger.

ENGLISH:
The After Sales Service Operations Coordinator plays a leading role in the smooth running of daily operational activities. He/she plans and manages the repair portfolio of watches and components with our internal and external suppliers. He/she supports the administrative/ERP part of the watchmaking team. He/she is the direct contact for answering, recording and following up spare parts requests from our network of boutiques or repair centers. He/she manages the inventory of components and watches in our repair shop and stock. **Key Accountabilities**:

- Manage the internal and external repair portfolio, tracking RFQ's and progress of repairs.
- Monitor spare parts inventory in accordance with the service department policy and plan/execute procurement in collaboration with the purchasing department.
- Key-admin of the spare parts ordering platform. Proposes platform enhancements and supports the implementation of new features.
- Administrative/ERP support to the watchmaker team for the repair flow.
- Responsible for answering, recording and tracking requests for watch repairs and spare parts from our network of boutiques or repair centers.
- Participate in the preparation of the after-sales service budget and the purchase of components, subcontractors and tools.
- Support the development of new products for the after-sales part on all needs such as type of bills of material, supply of components, necessary tools, technical documentation, publication on the intranet.
- Write, communicate and update communication procedures with external suppliers, internal operations and shipments.
- Be a driving force and/or actively participate in departmental development projects.

**Required Qualifications**:

- University education in engineering, technical or accounting and management.
- Relevant experience (a few years) in a similar position in the watch industry.
