**MISSION**

Le Sales Operations Coordinator intervient sur une variété de missions et la coordination du Département de Vente et collabore étroitement avec le Marketing et les Ressources Humaines. Rigueur, organisation et flexibilité sont importantes pour ce poste très polyvalent dans une petite équipe.

**TACHES PRINCIPALES**:
**Fournir un soutien proactif et opportun au Directeur de vente et la force de vente**
- Prise en charge de la préparation et du suivi des éléments nécessaires à l’administration des tâches quotidiennes (coordination, communications, présentations, validation des documents, mises à jour des bases de données)
- Préparation et envoi des masterdatas produits à nos clients
- Contact régulier avec la force de vente pour l’activité commerciale terrain, dans le but de collecter et restituer les informations aux services marketing et logistique
- Suivi et transmission des informations nécessaires à l’organisation des réunions commerciales
- Suivi budgétaire de la direction des ventes
- Analyse du chiffre d'affaires et de la PLV liée à des actions commerciales spécifiques

**Suivi et gestion de notre personnel de vente dans les grands magasins**
- Coordonner les activités du personnel de vente et l'intégration des nouveaux membres de l'équipe en collaboration avec les Retail Managers
- Suivie des plannings, horaires, vacances et maladies
- Vérification des notes de frais
- Suivi et aide à l’atteinte des chiffres d’affaires sell out
- Etablissement des lettres de primes en lien avec le chiffre sell out
- Suivi du budget des salaires et des free-lances

**Gestion du placement des promotions dans les grands magasins**
- Mise en place des promotions en collaboration avec le département marketing
- Réservation des promotions dans les grands magasins

**PROFILE**

Ce poste polyvalent requière
- **Un profil bilingue français - allemand**, **ainsi que de bonnes connaissances en anglais
- de l’autonomie, avec une forte aptitude organisationnelle et de précision
- une expérience avérée dans l’administration et la coordination avec un goût prononcé pour les chiffres
- à l’aise avec les systèmes de gestion informatisée, type ERP, ainsi qu’avec les outils de bureautique usuels tels MS Office et particulièrement Excell
- un excellent sens de l’écoute et de l’aisance relationnel
- un esprit systématique et goût pour le travail en équipe
