-This function is located at our Headquarters in Bülach, Switzerland and reports directly to the Head of IoT.
Your Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and motivate the global sales personnel to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and market presence
Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and industry trends. Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and tailor sales strategies accordingly
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners (Internal and external). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Directly collaborate with different legal entities within the group to facilitate seamless operations and compliance. Ensure alignment of sales strategies with the legal framework and guidelines
Develop and execute effective sales strategies for IoT products and services. Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
Develop and implement a customer service strategy that enhances the overall customer experience. Oversee customer service operations, ensuring timely issue resolution and customer satisfaction
Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives. Collaborate with global teams to share best practices and contribute to global sales initiatives
- Your Profile
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or equivalent. MBA is a plus
Proven experience in sales leadership within the IoT industry
Strong knowledge of the Swiss market and business landscape
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and meet targets
Proficiency in English C2 level (written and spoken)
