**Area Sales Manager - Switzerland**

**Summary of the opportunity**:
BioTalent are working alongside a Swiss business that focus their work entirely on the international marketing, sales and distribution of a successful family business that develop and manufacture nature-based products that align with the well-being and beauty industries.

As the innovative business continues to accelerate through a period of rapid growth on an international scale, they are looking for an experience Area Sales Manager to join them on a permanent basis.

This opportunity offers a hybrid working model with only 1 day per week required onsite (northeastern Switzerland). If we have piqued your interest and you have the ability to travel globally 25% of the time then please read ahead for more details

**Key responsibilities**:

- Acquisition and support of major customers / importers
- Supervision of the field service abroad
- Presentation of new products including marketing materials to our customers
- Implementation of new sales channels in cooperation with our customers
- Supervision and training of our sales force in dealing with various marketing activities

**Key experience and requirements**:

- Fluency in both German & English
- French language skills would also prove advantageous
- Ability to liaise, engage and influence existing / potential customers, responding to identified needs and gaps in the market
- Demonstrable experience in building long lasting and strong relationships with customers
- Familiarity in the field of customer marketing
- A background in sales
- A high degree of reliability
