In der Rolle als Relationship Manager/Business Developer gewinnen Sie in Deutschland domizilierte HNW-Kunden aus Ihrem persönlichen Netzwerk für unsere Bank und entwickeln existierende Prospects aus unserem Markt. Sie sind verantwortlich für den Aufbau und die Pflege von langjährigen und erfolgreichen Kundenbeziehungen. Dabei können Sie sich auf Ihre Erfahrungen und Netzwerke im Markt Deutschland abstützen und dieses in einer effizienten und nachhaltigen Art für Akquisitionen nutzen.

Dank Ihren vertieften Kenntnissen des Marktes und Ihren Fähigkeiten teamübergreifend mit spezialisierten Kollegen aus den verschiedenen Bereichen zusammen zu arbeiten erzielen Sie einen substantiellen Wachstumsbeitrag. Dabei werden Sie von der erstklassigen UBS Infrastruktur, innovativen Produkten sowie Dienstleistungen und der klaren Strategie und Fokussierung auf den deutschen Markt unterstützt.

- Abgeschlossene Banklehre, Bankpraktikum sowie Universitäts
- oder Fachhochschulabschluss
- WM Certificate
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Akquisition und Betreuung vermögender Bankkunden in der Schweiz oder in Deutschland
- Vertrautheit mit den Prozessen eines Finanzinstituts sowie den regulatorischen Anforderungen
- Leidenschaft für Verkauf und Neukundengewinnung und Entwicklung
- Hohe Serviceorientierung und die Fähigkeit, ein beeindruckendes Beratungserlebnis zu vermitteln
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations
- und Präsentationskompetenz
- Bereitschaft zu reisen
- Gewandtheit im Umgang mit kultureller und sprachlicher Vielfalt, Neugierde für technischen Fortschritt und Offenheit für Digitalisierung
