**Business Unit Leader 100%**

Dans cette fonction passionnante, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec le Managing Director afin de développer continuellement la région Ouest, soit la Suisse occidentale.

**Vos tâches principales sont les suivantes**:

- Gestion de l’opérationnel, du personnel et des aspects financiers de notre Business Unit Suisse occidentale
- Assurer le suivi de nos clients dans la région Ouest et garantir un haut niveau de satisfaction de la clientèle
- Elaborer une stratégie de croissance pour la région Ouest
- Mettre en œuvre les objectifs de croissance en étroite collaboration avec notre département des ventes
- Responsable du respect des directives légales HSE et de formation régulière des employé-es
- Assurer les audits réguliers et la conformité aux exigences de la norme ISO 9001
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le Managing Director afin d'assurer la meilleure satisfaction possible des clients

**Votre profil**:

- Formation initiale dans un domaine technique ainsi qu’une continue dans le domaine FM, économie d’entreprise ou similaire
- Plusieurs années d'expérience en tant que cadre dans l'industrie du FM
- Expérience dans la vente et/ou la gestion de projets est un grand avantage
- Esprit d’initiative, flexible, capacité d’auto-motivation et bon communicant
- Très bonnes connaissances du français et de l’anglais
- Très bonnes connaissances de MS-Office et de SAP
