**L'Asset Management de la BCV : un acteur incontournable pour les investisseurs institutionnels**
De Lausanne à Zurich, 500 investisseurs institutionnels ont choisi la BCV en lui confiant leur gestion. Ils bénéficient d’expertises pointues et d’une large palette de produits. Au sein de l’Etat-major de l’Asset Management, les Product Managers assurent le suivi de l’ensemble de la gamme des produits gérés dans le département.
Afin de renforcer cette petite équipe, basée au siège de Lausanne, nous cherchons une ou un
**Product Manager (fonds de placement et mandats de gestion)**
**Vos missions principales**:
- adapter les gammes de produits pour répondre aux besoins de notre clientèle et de la Banque,
- assurer une veille marché en suivant l'évolution de l'offre de la concurrence et en stimulant les remontées d’informations des forces de ventes internes et des gestionnaires,
- piloter les projets de lancement de nouveaux produits ainsi que des projets spécifiques faisant intervenir des partenaires internes et externes à la Banque,
- participer à l’élaboration d’une documentation produit de qualité en vous appuyant sur vos qualités rédactionnelles,
- supporter efficacement la force de vente, notamment par la formation et l’accompagnement.
**Votre profil**:
- formation supérieure (HEC / HES),
- expérience confirmée dans le Product management et la conduite de projets,
- connaissances du domaine de l’investissement socialement responsable,
- aptitude à gérer et défendre avec succès des projets auprès d’instances supérieures, notamment grâce à une bonne compréhension des produits financiers,
- aisance relationnelle, bonnes facultés de négociation et de communication, orientation vente,
- esprit analytique, structure, orientation résultats et autonomie,
- excellente maîtrise du français, bonnes connaissances de l’anglais et de l’allemand : un atout.
