**ROLE OVERVIEW**

You will approach ABM strategy with a data-centric mindset, and relish the opportunity to continually test and evaluate the success of your programs. You will be adept at cross functional collaboration with marketing (digital, brand, field, campaigns), sales and SDR teams to drive fully integrated programs.

**YOUR IMPACT**:

- Develop and execute account marketing strategies and plans for top target Enterprise and Strategic accounts with tactics mapped to key buyers and influencers to raise awareness and demand for Benchling solutions.
- Build strong relationships and interlock with sales teams to develop strong understanding of target accounts and build ABM programs that will drive pipeline and growth
- Align, coordinate and drive strong collaboration with cross-functional marketing teams to build integrated ABM campaign motions that leverage a broad mix of marketing programs to deliver against committed goals, timelines, and budget
- Collaborate with product marketing to produce tailored and relevant messaging by account.
- Build and obsess over ABM metrics to ensure business impact measured by named account pipeline/bookings (sourced/influenced), database growth and accuracy for named accounts, account/person engagement scores and sales/partner utilization of programs.
- Provide key stakeholders with ongoing reporting, campaign insights, and pacing against individual account goals.

**ABOUT YOU**:
**Must haves**:

- Solid account-based marketing or similar experience (gained in demand generation or field marketing) in a vertical B2B tech environment.
- Demonstrated success in planning, managing, and executing ABM and integrated marketing programs, inclusive of digital, events, and content marketing.
- Familiarity with a range of martech and analytics tools ( inc. Salesforce, Marketo, 6 Sense).
- Excellent English language skills with proven ability to communicate new ideas and campaigns to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Demonstrate high initiative, critical thinking and flexibility to successfully develop and execute against evolving account-based marketing plans.
- Highly organized to work across multiple projects simultaneously, working collaboratively with both global and regional cross functional teams.
- Proven ability to think strategically, but with exceptional attention to detail in execution.
- Flexibility to travel as required (approx. 15-20% of the time) when safe to do so.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

**Nice to haves**:

- Fluency in a second language (French or German preferred).
- Working knowledge and in-depth understanding of research and development within life sciences.
