Minimum qualifications:

- Experience in collecting and analyzing data to support data-driven selection making on marketing programs and business planning.
- Experience in planning, budgeting, and executing multiple marketing programs.
- Ability to speak and write in English and German fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience in the cloud market and B2B technology marketing.
- Experience setting and delivering against measurable marketing metrics with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to grow in a fast-moving environment.
- Excellent project management skills, including managing large projects, vendors, and agencies.

**About the job**:
As a Named Account Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute the Marketing strategy and programs for priority themes and work with the local Google Cloud Germany, Austria and Switzerland Marketing team, the EMEA Campaigns and Programs team, global solutions marketing teams, global solution teams, and local sales leads. You'll be responsible for achieving Marketing Demand Generation goals for the respective themes.

In this role, you will identify gaps in our local messaging, also in relation to the competitive landscape. You will help build messaging and campaign frameworks specifically for the local needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Raise awareness and interest about Google Cloud among clients and prospects from all industry verticals.
- Identify Information Technology (IT) selection makers and lead them through a seamless customer journey.
- Focus on new business acquisition and increasing Google Cloud awareness in priority segments across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
- Monitor cross-industry themes and campaigns such as Digital Transformation, Infrastructure and Application Modernization, Security, Sustainability, and Future of Work.
