**Your role**
- Are you a detail-oriented multitasker? Do you have an analytical mind? Do you know how to juggle multiple projects while effectively prioritizing?- Support development and implementation of projects within Global FIM to initiate and accelerate growth opportunities
- Support Team Head in business analyses (e.g. market sizing, competitive landscape) in order to enable respective region heads to steer their strategy
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations for a variety of meetings and events (e.g. business forum, board level submissions, etc.)
- Administration and content creation of internal events (e.g. townhalls, strategy workshops, etc.)

- UBS Global Financial Intermediaries (GFIM) is a global team of experienced financial industry professionals operating in all major financial centers. Drawing on UBS’s comprehensive bank offering and global capabilities, GFIM caters to independent financial advisors and wealth managers (FIMs) around the world. The GFIM Business Development & Marketing Team works closely with the Global FIM management team to drive and support strategic initiatives and positioning our brand as a leading custodian.

**Your expertise**
- A bachelor's / master's university degree or equivalent, preferably in banking/finance
- Financial industry background would be a strong advantage
- Keen interest for the financial industry including trends / future developments
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Solution oriented, reliable, a calm personality with high stress resilience, open-minded
- Great team player who is sharing knowledge and openly collaborates across teams
- Self-starter with "can do" attitude, high level of dedication
- Fluent in English and German
