**ÜBER DIE DIVISION**:LUXE DIVISION (LD)**

Die Mission von L'Oréal Luxe ist es, die besten Produkte und das beste Markenerlebnis für unsere Kunden zu schaffen, indem wir sie einzigartig machen. Die Division kultiviert Exzellenz im Luxus-Savoir-Faire, in der Handwerkskunst und in der Innovation, um die Bedürfnisse aller Verbrauchergruppen zu erfüllen.

**DEINE AUFGABEN ***

Maximierung des Ausverkaufs durch Umsetzung der von der Drehscheibe festgelegten Marketing
- und Aktivierungsstrategie
- Durchführung und lokale Anpassung von Kampagnen und Werbeaktionen gemäß den Vorgaben der Drehscheibe
- Verwaltung der saisonalen Produktanimationen auf lokaler Ebene
- Organisation und Vorbereitung von Kundenveranstaltungen und Workshops
- Behalten des Überblicks über die wichtigsten Trends und Risiken auf dem Kosmetikmarkt
- Vorbereitung von Marketing
- und Werbematerial
- Koordinierung und Präsentation von Kampagnen bei Kunden
- Kontinuierliche Überprüfung und Analyse von Sell-Out-Kampagnen
- Überwachung der Produktleistung und Veranlassung von Produkt
- und/oder Marketinganpassungen
- Direkte Marketingaktivitäten über Telefon, E-Mail, digitale und/oder mobile Kommunikation
- Sicherstellen, dass die lokalen Kundenbedürfnisse im HUB-Promotionsplan berücksichtigt werden
- Vorantreiben der Harmonisierung mit HUB-Aktivitäten, um spezifische lokale Anfragen auf ein Minimum zu reduzieren

**DEIN PROFIL**
- Du verfügst bereits über einen Berufserfahrung in Marketing
- Du sprichst fliessend Deutsch (bzw. Schweizerdeutsch), Französisch une Englisch.
- Du bist ein offener Teamplayer und nimmst gerne neue Herausforderungen an.
- Du bist proaktiv, selbstständig und zuverlässig und zögerst nicht deine Projekte mit Empowerment und Elan zu steuern.
- Du interessierst Dich generell für Trends und beobachtest das Konsumentenverhalten mit Neugierde
- Du kannst mit MS Office-Programmen umgehen, insbesondere Teams, Excel und PowerPoint.
