**VOTRE MISSION**

Sous la responsabilité de la Retail Support Manager L’OREAL LUXE, le/la Retail Coordinator aura pour mission principale de garantir la parfaite exécution et la coordination du back office retail pour les activités sell-out de la force de vente.

**VOS RESPONSABILITES**
- Coordination interne/externe sur les besoins des équipes Sell-out : mise à disposition de tous les documents de vente et autres outils de travail
- Support sur la mise à jour de la base de données client (porte listing)
- Support local sur POWER BI et mise en place de rapports automatisés sell out/sell-in pour la force de vente
- Coordinateur & support sur le suivi et l’implémentation de la Beauty Tech sur nos points de vente
- Lead sur l’implémentation de nouvelles solutions RETAIL IT dans le futur

**VOTRE PROFIL**

Vous avez avant tout une personnalité dynamique, une ambition pour vous-même et vos équipes. Vous êtes un compétiteur/trice né(ée). Vous avez le sens du défi et vous possédez un leadership naturel capable de mobiliser les personnes qui s’engagent à vos cotés.
- Vous avez de la rigueur, faites preuve de transparence et aimez travailler en équipe
- Vous avez un esprit critique, analytique et aimez résoudre les problèmes tout en portant une grande attention aux détails.
- Vous êtes à l’aise avec les outils informatiques
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance écrite et orale du Français et de l’Allemand. L’anglais serait un plus.
