**Role**:
Nous recherchons un Lead QA pour accompagner notre client basé à Genève. Vous possédez plusieurs années d'expérience en tant que responsable QA, ainsi qu'une solide expertise technique sur les cycles de tests applicatifs. Une excellente capacité de coordination d'équipe, ainsi qu'une communication en français et en anglais est essentielle.

**Responsabilités**:

- Développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de tests end-to-end
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de développement, de gestion de projet et les parties prenantes pour assurer la qualité des livrables et des produits finaux.
- Superviser la résolution des problèmes liés à la qualité et fournir des recommandations pour l'amélioration continue.
- Assurer une documentation complète et précise des processus, des résultats des tests et des problèmes rencontrés
- Devenir le référent technique pour les problèmes les plus complexes

**Profile**:
Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme universitaire (EPF, Université, )
- Expérience avérée en tant que responsable Assurance Qualité ou dans un rôle similaire
- Excellentes compétences en coordination d’équipe et en communication pour travailler efficacement avec les parties prenantes internes et externes.
- Expertise technique approfondie en assurance qualité, y compris la conception et l’exécution de tests, l’automatisation des tests et la gestion des environnements de test.
- Connaissance des normes et des processus d’assurance qualité, ainsi que des méthodologies de développement logiciel (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
- Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit.
