**JOB DESCRIPTION**
The Quality Assurance (QA) Team is an integral part of the Controls environment and is responsible for conducting a continuous analysis of the KYC profiles to ensure quality, completeness, and accuracy.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform ongoing formal testing of completed KYC records to ensure KYC standards and local requirements are met
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address findings, provide recommendations, and support the implementation of corrective actions
- Effectively communicate with key points of contact to ensure the fluid sharing of information and feedback across pertinent teams
- Work with Global Partners to ensure consistency with the Global QA framework and governance approach

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance or compliance within the financial services industry, with a focus on KYC/AML
- Strong knowledge of KYC/AML regulations, industry best practices, and emerging trends
- Familiarity with customer due diligence (CDD), enhanced due diligence (EDD), Account Due Diligence (ADD), and Customer Identification Program (CIP)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively within tight deadlines
- Fluency in English mandatory

**Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Fluency in French preferred, any other language would be an asset
